It took her extremly long to do mine nails. I asked for French and it was uneven and bad. She is very nice but not experienced

Ugly inside, Dusty, the girls were RUDE, except Monica..the gal who did my nails was fine, the others seemed "bothered"..The place is hard to find.. they offer one person water, and not another??? Rinky dinky business!!! Monica was fast..I guess thats what express is though..but It was hot, and I couldnt wait to get out of there!

Nails fell off immediately. Never had such ill-fitted nails before, and when I tried to contact to fix them I got no response nor call back. Unprofessional setting.

In my experience, I felt like I was intruding on two best friends. They were communicating amongst themselves, while I sat there feeling out of the loop. Wild 102.9 was on. Not really "a touch of class". And it took me 2.5 hours just to get a full set of acrylics. And they weren't really that good. They lifted after only 2 days. The ladies are nice and trying to establish their business, but lets get it together guys...
