Go with an open mind and expression of what exercise is all about - Pilates rocks but it takes a little bit to get the form right but you will feel it working!
Club Pilates is a great place for your pilates experience!

It is wonderful. There are 12 or 14 people and the instructor can look at everyone and modify if necessary. She is also a very nice, sweet young lady. I would tell anyone to do Pilates there and have a great workout at whatever level they are.
