I love this business. Mandy the owner has created a comfortable, caring, professiional business. The massage therapist and chiropractor are excellent. I love the classes! Expecially the Ariel yoga. Excellent instructors.

Class was very good. My only comment is I really wanted to take Pilates classes and they have only 2 per week - both at times when I have conflicts.
