All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. It is much better than the gym environment. Everybody at Crossfit Captivate tries to challenge him/herself to do their best during each workout.

Corey has such great energy and an obvious passion for teaching CrossFit. I have really enjoyed the team environment and realize this is what I was missing when going to my regular gym. I don't feel alienated or out of place. I will definitely be getting a membership!

I've been to a few crossfit facilities and this one Corssfit Captivate is fare the best in class structure and equipment available.
