Loretta was super nice and put me at ease. If I had a to give any criticisim it would be that making an appointment could be easier, perhaps an online option?

Loretta is such a wonderful person, I'm a man who never had but needed a back waxing. I was nervous and she took perfect care of me. After this visit I will surely return to see her and recommend you do the same.

I've been getting waxed for many years and she is hands down the best! Not sure how she does it, but it's as close to painless as it possibly could be. And to top it off she's a really sweetheart! :)

nice little spot on California Ave, the place looked clean and had a good ambiance. Loretta was very professional and at the same time very personable. provided some suggestions to exfoliating that were simple and easy to do at home. listened to my concerns about my sensitiveness to the area.
