Staff is friendly professional and caring. The spa is in an old part of Bellevue where the rents aren’t so high - this is a huge plus because the spa is able to offer usually costly services at an affordable rate due to less overhead. It is a clean professional place with a lot of services and I will be a customer for a long time.

The person who does my treatment was really nice and she always explained every steps before doing anything. Just after one treatment, you can see a big difference. It's worth every penny and its very relaxing.

The staff at Access Wellness Center are very friendly & helpful. They explain the treatments beforehand & there are alot of options. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, made me feel very welcome. And after 3 double chin treatments, I saw a big difference. Great overall experience !!!!
