Holly.. She's at serenity salon in Plano. She is very good, but very busy. It can be a challenge to get hold of her, but she's just the one person being bombarded with calls and text. I booked my appointment for a Saturday 2 weeks out and worked out

She is located inside Serenity Salon, next to Kroger, on west side of North Dallas Tollway. She did a great job.

Holly was great, once we started talking. My only issue was that three of my nails chipped within less than a week of service. Hopefully, it'll be better when I return this week.

If you have shellac, you can remove your own polish before you go. That will save you $10 plus the time it takes to have them removed there. I thought the tech did a great job & I enjoyed chatting with her. Great experience!
