I was pleased with Jessica, who was my stylist. She was very concerned and listened to what I wanted out of a cut and color. Her price range also suited my budget. Her main objective was to make her customer feel good and get what they wanted. I will definitely go back to her. She is very sweet and easy going and she lets the customer "hold the steering wheel." This hair salon was the worst I have ever been to. The girl Liz that colored my hair did the worst job. I think she was new.She did not do the color, cut or style that I asked. I cried all the way home. They stated the reason the red color did not lift in my hair was because it was dark. They said it would be more expensive to fix what what they did. And also hurried me out the door because her next client was waiting. This was the first time I dyed my hair and also the worst experience. I wasted my time and money. I should have never gone there. I showed them a picture of what I wanted exactly. I am so disappointed and now I have to find somewhere to fix my hair for the holidays.
