Although I thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Echo, without a deal, the prices are a little high for my budget and that is the only reason.

I was very happy with my hair, and the customer service skills were the best I have ever seen. I would definitely recomend Echo to people.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything looked very clean and tidy and the staff were always sweeping up and wiping down the equipment (chairs, sinks, etc.) I was disappointed though that the highlights on my hair were hardly visible when I was finished, since that is what I wanted with this appointment.
