My car had a bad smell that fluctuated, sometimes really bad, sometimes not so. The smell didn’t go away completely after the first treatment, so Alicia came back and did a second treatment which seem to have pretty much eliminated the bad smell. Alecia was very professional and courteous. I recommend it if you this issue.

The shop owner tries to sound like he knows how and what this Natural Oil based solution works and when I asked specifically if it has any side effects he said None. But take it from me, it gave me such a huge headache and eye itching sensation when I drove my car after he finished his job on it. I left the car to fully air out and left it in open space for a day and still the smell from that solution lingering inside. You are warned, you will loose the new car smell!!
