Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunate that one guy didn't re fasten a cover on the undercarriage... It dragged across the ground and I got 2 blocks before figuring out what was wrong and turning around and getting it fixed

The store is tucked in on #3 Road. Had to go around twice to find it. Friendly and quick service. I will go back to Mobil 1 Lube Express in Richmond.

Brian at BIg O tire desk was dealing with one customer at the desk and I was patiently waiting for my turn to hand in my car and discuss further work to be done. During that time, Brian answered the phone and stopped everything else he was doing to respond to questions from the caller, provide information about the company and its workload, and continued to what seemed like a job interview with the person who was intending to apply for a job. After 10 minutes I left after I stated to Brian that he should request that person come in and put in an application, and speak with the manager about the job and then say good bye so he could proceed to help the customers in front of him. He did not.

Mr. Lube is much friendlier and is far more efficient. It seemed I waited 30 minutes before and service started on my vehicle.

After Mobil 1 adds on all of their other fees the $49 Fall package ended up being $150……kind of a scam.
