Server may seem rude, but they are actually nice, you just have to flag them down. There's usually only 2 ladies serving.

the dim sum is really good. both my children really enjoyed the soup noodle. I really like the dessert. it's hard to find any restaurants that serve dim sum all day. Thank you for having that. I would definitely come again and try the other dishes. They look appetizing.

We had an excellent meal at Chen's restaurant in Richmond. Couldnt have been happier. Remember to try the hot and sour soup and their interpretation of mu shu pork. Very good.

We went there when it was not too busy. Food and service were good. One thing I suggest: if they served the desserts after the meal would be great.
