Friendly and delicious food

It was terrible and not worth what we paid. I bought two and will definitely not use the other. I was there before and it was great. Why did they change it? Waste of money and time.

The server cannot speak english at all and the worst part is one of the raw meat they serve to boil has already gone bad and I can smell it. It was very bad experience and plus the coupon stated all you can eat but they serve fixed portion of food.

We went there last night, Food was smely, taste so bad. Service is poor!! And this morning, my son start vomiting, because he ate most!' What kind of food they are serving!! Never again

There were only 2 ladies waiting on tables the night we were there. Had to ask a couple of times for forks, another pair of chopsticks for the raw meat, a soup ladle, and soup spoons. These items should have been brought to table before hot pot began. Could have used a knife too as some pieces of meat were very big. I would not go to this restaurant again. There are other hot pot places in Richmond with better service and value.

Very bad

we have a dreadful taste of the soup base and the grill lamb, they tasted like chemical, I thought I was fed with some gas/oil/engine oil, it burned my lips and I swallowed half cup of cold water and it slowly faded. we give this restaurant 1 out of 10, the one point is for the waitress who wass nice and friendly.
