The experience was okay, just wish there was more talking going on. Was very dull.

The appt took over 3 hours, way too long.

The staff were lovely but the service itself was sub-par.

I have never had such a bad mani/pedi before & I would DEFINITELY not recommend this company. After you arrive they tell you you have to buy the implements they use & when you ask about using their implements they are hesitant about whether they would be sterilized or not. They said it would cost $2.65 but then at the end it comes to $4.00 because they charge for separate tools for mani & pedi. These implements are so thin they don't do a proper job. I'm pretty sure they thin the nail polish after you choose it (from a very limited selection). My polish started chipping right away. I had to do some of my own filing to get it right. This mani/pedi took 2hrs & 45 min. I could go on.....

Many things to mention......2hrs and 45minutes took mani-pedi. girl was probably not experienced, but in the same time she was not supervised (is this school ?"} After coming in , the first question was if I need to use bathroom (??) then next was if I brought my own nail file (??) and if not Pedicure was done after I had my feet in Luke warm water and when I ask for hotter, there was cup brought in of very very hot water and fill in. Then I had done one of my hand - without soaking. Then my pedicure was done very,very slowly and after 2hrs I asked for glas of water. I was given 2'' high tiny paper cup with water. Nail and toe polish was - and is old - very hard to spread.

Language barrier= 8 phone calls to book appointment, then lost our booking. Workers friendly enough, but quality of services low, ie. cold water to soak hands in, (spilled on my sleeve), didn't fully soak my feet or remove my previous polish before applying new polish, cut my two friends and made them bleed when removing cuticles, worker applied lip balm to her lips with her bare finger, then applied lotion to my friend's hand with her bare hands, on top of the bleeding finger! (Unhygienic for both parties). Wanted to charge us extra for the purchase of nail file/ buffer, etc due to new health laws. (We could have brought our own from home if told this before appointment). Disappointing

The students were not supervised by professionals and I had to remove my nail polish when I got home
