I do not recommend SNA tours. They are a discorganized travel agency. My recent trip was a stressful mess because SNA tours changed our itinerary without advance notice. For example, our original itinerary was scheduled for May 4th, and they advanced the date to May 1st, to accommodate an extended trip (which we declined). To reinstate our original date of May 4th, we had to make several phone calls over a one and a half month period. I've just received my phone bill, and the total amount of charges for calls to SNA amounted to $72.00!
