Sophie the owner was very nice and Fariba was very professional and helped me get the result I was hoping for! They also have a nail spa for which I will definitely book an appointment next time! Highly recommend!

Bad service. Bad hair cut

The hair dresser took out a hair clip from her own hair and put it in mine while she was cutting my hair. That is very unhygienic.

Don't recommended for people with curly hair since in this salon they don't know how to treat curly hair.

treatment for keratin hair smoothing did not work despite the fact that the owner told me that the stylist used the "more expensive product on me by mistake" and then humiliated her in front of me which made me feel very uncomfortable

The people working there were not very pleasant, the atmosphere was not very up to date or equipped with proper hairdressing equipment, ie. chairs that slide down so you are comfortable when they wash your hair..instead they had old chairs with a pillow on the seat, my neck was really hurting. The hairdresser was extremely rough washing my hair and while brushing my hair. She a actually pulled my earring out of my ear with the brush. Ouch! On top of all that I was charged tax which I wasn't aware of, I think everything should be included when you pay online. Would definitely never go back.

Please don't speak in another language while gesturing towards your clients. It's rude and unprofessional.
