I was in love with Madras Palace when I first tried, and now everything is not good. I am sure you guys know what I mean.

Used to be my favourite Indian restaurant, but the last experience was disappointing: lower food quality, very poor service (slow, missed picking up plates at the table, no water fill-up, forgot to bring us naan after many requests). Maybe a change in ownership caused this?
