Victoria is very professional with great bedside manner. Came in for laser hair removal and she was attentive to my pain threshold. Her calm demeanour and candour made the experience worry-free and would recommend her if you are thinking of doing this same procedure. The setup is clean and well lit. Appointments are sent digitally such that you will get a text message and an email of your next session, which is great for making sure you never miss one! Location is on Yonge St just north of Centre St on the 2nd floor of a historical building. Use of the side entrance. Didn’t notice any accessibility accommodation, so you may want to call before booking. Free parking onsite.
