I've been taking my computer equipment to ALB Tech since I moved to Richmond three years ago. I will not go anywhere else, the service, the price, and the quality of their work is second to none.

The location and office is a little sketchy. Looks like an old frat house. They did a good job if you can get past the setting.

I made an appt for white iphone 4 screen, they didn't have one when I got there(they did put a black one on temporarily, which was nice).I had to go back when they put white one on it made the phone not work.I had to get a new phone. I would not recommend.

After comfirming my appointment, I drive from Virginia Beach to Richmond only to be told they had not scheduled me for that day and had no one available to do the iPhone repair (they sechedule people on a piece of scratch paper) nor did they have the parts in stock. I had to rechedule two weeks later. I called the Thursday before the Saturday I was supposed to come back to ensure I was scheduled and the parts were in stock this time. I arrived Saturday and had the front screen replaced as scheduled, but the back (which I called on Thursday to ensure the part was there), was not in stock! Overall the iPhone was repaired but due to the major hassles I had to overcome, I would not recommend ALB to a friend.
