The only complaint I had was making my appt, twice when I had clled I was told I would receive a call back regarding the status of my appt and I never did. I had to call myself to make sure my appt was booked properly.

I had the last appointment of the night and I don't feel rushed at all. Jewel was so sweet, even letting me test colors before we began! Can't wait to see her for my next appointment!

My new place for nails, Tyson did a wonderful job. The shellac actually lasts two weeks, without peeling, unlike the strip mall place.

I regularly go to spas/salons in carytown, Perception did not offer a beverage at this salon which I thought was unusual based upon their price points for service. The salon appeared clean and that was a big plus for me!

The only issue is that it is very hard to get an appointment. I guess that is a good issue to have, if you are the salon however it is not so good if you are a customer.
