It is a great workout and I learned a lot of practical self defense moves. The instructor and the students were friendly and had a lot of patience with me while I learned the drills. I had fun and I will be back. Greg

This is an intense class; however, it offers the dual benefit of a great cardio/strength workout and real-world self defense techniques which you won't necessarily learn in a standard cardio kickboxing class. Highly recommend!

Harvey of Premier Martial arts us amazing. The classes are very personal and exhilarating. The instructor is very knowledgable as well. I've never had so much fun getting fit and learning. Can't wait for my next class.

The staff as well as the patrons were so nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the class and felt I was worked out as well as empowered with some new Krav Maga moves. I would highly recommend this facility.
