I volunteered at the Science Museum back in the 80's and have visited every couple of years. I haven't been back for at least five years and was amazed at how much has changed and how much there was to see and do. We planned four hours - but should have planned at least six to see all the exhibits and one DOME show. Wicked plants was great - we learned that we have a bunch in our yard! The Humpbacks film was A+. DON'T miss BOOST located in the basement - we only got to do a few before the Museum closed for the day. Great day - very interesting for for all of us - 12 yr, 20 yr, and over 50... lots to see and do - great hands on experiences - and they both talked about what they want to see/do on their next visit.

They have an awesome exhibit where you learn about healthy eating habits and they have live cooking demos and samples for kids to take. So be careful to watch and ask questions about the ingredients if your kids have allergies like mine do..

It's a large science museum and the kids loved it. My son called it a science dream come true. Haha there were some broken exhibits but only a few. All in all a good day. Oh and definitely see the IMAX movie!

It could be cleaner. We were one of the first people there on a Sunday morning and there was trash in a few places from the night before. Also, some of the exhibits don't work.
