So I went there for waxing and the experience was the most terrifying thing I have ever put myself in. Even though I've done wax before this place is the WORST in that department. Here are the reasons: Pros: -The ladies are polite -The lady that waxed me (I will refer her as the Waxer) used gloves (it shouldn't be a Pro but I really can't find anything else to give complement about). Cons: -No ventilation in the room, and when you are getting bikini wax, you get very hot and room was not helping. - A towel to cover with was not provided until I asked for one. -The Waxer was very unprofessional -The Waxer would leave the room and leave the door open even though I was uncovered. -Before waxing, the skin was not prepared in any shape or form (i.e. some places baby powder is used) -In 1 occasion when the Waxer pilled the cloth off my skin hurt so much that now I have a private area scalping (I guess she killed off some skin with it too) -The Waxer's gloves felt very painful against the skin, to the point that it would hurt. Like when you are pulling a rubber band from your heart kind of pain. - Not all the hair was removed, whatever didn't come off from the wax the Waxer didn't attempt to remove the reaming hair with tweezers (like the other places that I've been before). -After wax, nothing was used to remove any wax residual (you can imagine how uncomfortable it must be to walk feeling that everything is stick in the downstairs department and I had to wait until I got home). There so much that I can honestly say about my experience but I think you can grasp an idea of the matter with the above information. If possible, don't put yourself into such torture for bikini wax at this salon.
