Fantastic ambient & easy to follow instructors. I enjoyed the class and the matter in which I was challenged to go beyond what I thought was possible! Thanks!! I will definitely go back with friends and family! One Love Hot Yoga was AMAZING!

Once we entered the meditation or hot yoga exercise room there should be silence to help prepare for yoga class. I was afraid it was not going to be a serious class bc the pre ambiance was not "yoga like" everyone was really loud and talking up a storm in the hot room. However, once the class started everyone seemed to focus and the class was really good.
