About Yummy Asian Bistro

International borders don't matter much at Yummy Asian Bistro. Chefs draw inspiration from Chinese and Thai cuisine and feature plenty of Japanese dishes on the menu. From behind the sushi bar, chefs create nigiri and sashimi in addition to more than 40 rolls, which feature everything from tempura-fried lobster and avocado to spicy tuna and Cajun pepper. Chicken teriyaki, hibachi-grilled steak, and steamed edamame help round out the selection of Japanese staples. However, the chefs broaden their geographic focus when cooking items such as Hong Kong–style wonton soup, Thai curries, and an Asian-inspired pizza with blue crab, spicy mayo, and guacamole layered atop a homemade pancake.
