Staff of is extremely kind, fun, and accommodating. Totally worth your money. Did it for my moms birthday and the ladies had a blast. Sort of empowering also!

The instructors and other girls in the class were all extremely welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease which helped me to fully enjoy the best workout I've had in a long time. I worked muscles I didn't even know I had, and I had fun doing it!
