This is the real deal!! The instructors are highly trained and amazingly professional and supportive. Unless you really are serious about wanting to get in shape and become a better YOU, don't bother. Just showing up motivates you. Everyone fits in because they train each person in the class according to their individual abilities. Everyone in the class is so welcoming and friendly too. Very impressive.

Welcoming staff, great service and awesome workout! We were signed in by Jeff (who was also our trainer for the night); he was so nice, informative and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to change up their fitness routine and add something fun. The class itself was intense but really fun.

I'm so glad I did this! The instructors are super friendly, motivating, and knowledgable. The classmates are also very nice and welcoming! I looked forward to every single class and always got a really good workout. Congratulations to Master Jeff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere for learning and fun. Thank you Master Instructor Sergio for being awesome!
