Prints on Wood seemingly offers a straightforward service: photographs or art pieces printed onto sustainable wood and finished in bright white, natural gloss or vintage matte. However, there's more to the process than meets the eye, according to Brand Manager Erin. "We use only wood that is harvested sustainably," she writes. "With over 200 solar panels on the roof, [we're] ... powered by the sun. In addition, one square meter of rainforest is saved with each order. So far we have saved over 3,000 square meters of rainforest in the Darien Nation Preserve in Chepo, Panama."

Of course, the staff does more than conserve resources. It delivers its prints in 27 different sizes, on panels of three different thicknesses. In addition, it specializes in fine-art prints and supplies many artists with the finished products for gallery shows.
