Early 30s female, the first time was difficult even though I consider myself someone with good stamina. It really push my limits and Mando was good about ensuring I was doing the exercise correctly and continue to motivate

I was worried about going to be honest but only because I didn't know what to expect. However, Ivan and Mando are great coaches and they know what they are doing. They teach you on how to properly pick up weights and how to use their machines. I bought the 3 months option and I am on my second week and it has become an addiction of going. I highly recommend this place.

The staff at RC crossfit really know their stuff and I was able to enjoy a really tough workout even though I'm a beginner.

Loved this place until I pulled a muscle and one of the coaches handled it very unprofessionally. It was either let him fix it (my arm) or go home. As a mom, student and teacher my time is very valuable and I still wanted to do lower body workouts. I refused to let the coach “fix it” so he kicked me out.

The staff is condescending and unprofessional. I was trying to explain to the supervisor Ivan that the instructor embarrassed me to the class for arriving 1 minute late and he said we are strict about punctuality. He also said "We want people that want to be there not just trying to get their money's worth." Disappointed with the service. Won't be going back!
