I absolutely loved the haircut Jacky gave me. She did an amazing job, she cut my hair and took her time like no one else had before. Will definitely be back again!!!

I have been growing my hair for over 3 years. Came in to get my manbun chopped off, but wanted to remain shaggy. Even provided a pic. The stylist, after offering boxed wine and dropping multiple f bombs and neglecting to bandage her bleeding finger, kept hacking until she created a cowlick in the back. At which point, the manager intervened to do damage control. I'm practically bald now.

Once my hairstylist said she was done with my haircut, I ran my hands through my hair and found that one side of my hair was noticeably longer than the other side. I immediately let my hairstylist know and she quickly fixed it. I'm very disappointed. For a hair salon that is super overpriced, I can't believe the quality of the haircut was really bad. DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE. I regretted it.
