Had to tell them no to the seemingly endless questions about service they want to perform, but I got there when no one else was there so it was completed very quickly. Still paid sales tax.

Even with a coupon they seem to get me for $10 to $20 additional each time I go. I did need a new air filter though and the service seemed pretty good for an oil change. I would not trust them for anything more technical.
