Wife was headed out of town the next day & I got to the shop after the normal cutoff time for oil changes. I explained the situation & they took care of the vehicle anyway. Quick service, friendly staff - is have been telling everyone at the Salem VAMC that yours is the garage to use. Thanks for reminding me that a customer is supposed to be treated like a person instead of a walking wallet!
