Clean, upscale, nice staff.

I had some issues with the redemption of the coupon. Staff was unsure of procedure, and had to keep calling the owner. But, was very courteous, just inexperienced. I like the tan and results, but have had smoother business dealings at most other places I frequent. Sandy

Had an appointment at 3. Seemed to be miscommunication between staff and didn't get seen until almost 4. The spray tan was great and people were apologetic. However, waiting 45 minutes before something was done was absurd.
