About Rochester Play

Rochester Play was founded by three Rochester-area parents who recognized the need for a safe space for kids to be active and entertained. Movement and creativity are two things every kid needs, and so kinetic and cerebral acrobatics both play into this large indoor space. Its Northern Michigan–themed playground is full of tunnels, slides, bridges, and crawlspaces, all softly cushioned and kept clean enough to eat alphabet soup off of. In addition to the main play area, Rochester Play also features a smaller play area for toddlers. Visitors of all ages can relax and reenergize at the cafe, which specializes in nutritious food, featuring organic options, whole-fruit smoothies, and locally made breads and baked goods.
