Friendly, efficient, not over bearing. The repair technician (Evan Smith) was great help in selecting the best all season tires, for the Rochester weather - for the best price.

Mark, the service Manager "bent over backwards" to make sure that things were done as promised. He is truly an assest to this company. I would return to Bob Johnson Chevrolet on West Ridge Road in Rochester NY because of him and his sincere attention to customer's wants and needs. Thank You once again, Mark ~ Carolyn Schirnglone

There was a bit of a mess-up w/ order but it was resolved fairly quickly (it's how you handle mistakes that shows a lot about your services to others), well done.
