The upstairs (spa) area has a different vibe from the entryway, which feels more like I "regular" beauty salon. I wish the downstairs felt a little more like the upstairs.... But the spa area is lovely and very relaxing.

Really enjoyed the services and Katie was great. I do think that the prices are a bit high, based on comparison with comparable salons/spas. This does not mean that I will not return, but I can't afford to do so regularly.

Everyone was very professional and geared toward the customer. My comfort and satisfaction was their priority. I had a wonderfully relaxing anti-aging facial with Mandie and enjoyed every minute of it. I would definitely recommend Maxim Spa & Salon.
