Well, they never responded to any of my phone calls, emails, etc. I ended my having to be refunded. Horrible!!

Need to return phone calls, should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to meeting a customer (in case the customer is early, when you see a dark office you wonder if they will show up), should be open minded to the customers wants (even if it doesn't utilize the space)
