9Rounds - Rock Hill is the best thing I've ever experienced. It's 30 minutes of "torture" each time but is very rewarding!

The instructors are very personable and take the time to explain how to perform each round. It was easy to come in off the street and get started. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a different type of work out that is challenging yet extremely fun!

You still have to purchase boxing gloves which cost $40 that I did not realize.

This 9 rounds location in rock hill on crown point was incredible. The staff was helpful and motivating and they made you feel like you we're welcome. Great location. Staff, and work out!!!
