They need to keep better track of their schedules. I had to wait an hour. The appointment itself only lasted 5 minutes.

Horrible experience. He messed up the procedure and I had to pay someone else to fix it. He's only in the city every two months. They also overcharged me and refused a refund! They haggled with me over $50 after the sr caused a droop in my eyelid? Terrible office, terrible experience. They're holding product there that I didn't use, but I would never go back. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did, so
