You'll feel the workout the next day!!! You'll get out as much as you put in. I've been going off and on for about 1.5 years and I definitely get more out of it when I attend regularly. Every person is different...try not to compare yourself to other gals (especially those who've been going for years on a regular basis), but rather gain inspriation from them. Remember, you may be better at power jacks and they may be better at pushups...it's all about your individual body. Find your niche!
