A long-time carnival staple, funnel cakes have received an elaborate makeover to become, well, fancier. The Fancy Funnel Cakes can be topped with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate, caramel, apple, cherry, strawberry and peach cobbler. There are also several flavors of floats made with Shasta soda. More savory options include a funnel cake topped with bacon and maple syrup. The funnel cakes were great. I am glad we found this place, now we don't have to go to the fair to get one. The staff is amazing and super helpful.
