I really enjoy your laid-back service and yummy food/drinks. Each time I've been there, all staff members are friendly, helpful and easy-going. It's like going to a friends house for lunch. I just wish you were open later in the day!

I ordered a bagel and a treat for the little one there and had forgotten all my money at home...I went back inside (obvi embarrassed) and told them they would need to cancel my order of food because I had no money and the gentleman who was helping me said not to worry about it and gave us the bagel and treat for free! He was really nice about it too! I made sure to go back a few hours later that day and pay the amount. It was still very nice of him, because in my mind as far as he knew it wasn't going to be paid! LOVE kona coffee =)
