I was able to easily make an appointment online. Patrick, the technician called ahead of time and arrived right on time. He was very professional and clearly explained the process and what to expect. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and left the hard floors connecting to the carpeted areas nice and clean when he was done. I highly recommend this company!
