the first two times I went to Rubinos it was awesome and I raved about it to my husband who had not been able to go with me. this time was really not good. I was disappointed and I had raved about it before this visit.

This was our first visit to your restaurant. The experience was great. Our waitress was fantastic. All of our dishes were very good with the exception of my wife's scampi. The shrimp was over cooked. It was very rubbery, chewy. Not what I would expect. I am hoping that this was just a one time mistake. The rest of her dish was very good.

They didn't have our reservation but they were very accommodating and we were seated with only a very short delay.
