Zen experience, Mike is the most patient yoga instructor. I attend Sunday classes. Get there 15-20 minutes early to decompress and prepare for a full restoration!

I was many things. This was my first time. So it was challenging, meditative, relaxing, wonderful, flexing, core work, stretching, amazing, a little painful but in a good way, sweating and a terrific overall good workout. Tanya was responsive to me, informative and a good teacher. The class was amazing. I'm going back. Thank-you
