My experience was horrible the guy came out to my house to tell me that my garage door was old so there was nothing he could do for me and the money I paid was just for the service call. So I would never use nor would I recommend them to anyone.I was totally disappointed my door is still not working. He recommended I needed a new door.

they did not tune-up door but rather made it run more poorly and now it won't close on one side to the ground.

Terrible. After the "tuneup" my garage door would intermittently go only halfway up, forcing me to have to move the door up and down repeatedly. This caused the plastic gear in the motor box to strip. When ABC came back they told me I needed a new $350 garage door opener. I called another company who fixed the entire problem for $89, and found that the chain was too tight and the door wasn't balanced, which could have led to the gear stripping.
