I had a GREAT experience from start to finish!! I got lost on the way in and Stephanie stayed patiently on the phone directing me. Then after filling out paperwork, Chris took me in for my initial assessment/vitals. Immediately following, I met with Dr. Brian who was fabulously professional and knowledgable (I felt like I was in very good hands). After my consult with him, I had to wait a little while before seeing the massage therapist but I got to wait on the wave bed "to get some pain relief right away" instead of just sitting in a chair waiting. Finally Jamie, the massage therapist, was so warm and caring and great at his job. I felt relief!! It was wonderful. I will definitely be back!

It all depends on what you need and what your goals are. I first experience at Advanced Spine & Wellness Center was positive. I really like the hydro massage. I am going back for a full evaluation. I do expect them treat me as a patient not just as a paying customer, meaning that they will sincerely help me heal my issue(s). My friend was skeptical, but I would like to give it try.
