Place was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful. My 5 yr old loves it every time. Talk to Michelle, she'll take care of you. She was extremely informative and courteous. I would recommend working through her for all you Bounce U needs.

I go there (Rockville) the staff is nice and friendly and it is clean. I love this plae for my kids mainly during the toddler time and playdate time.
