Very clean atmosphere and willingness to teach. Greeters were nice and instructor is great! A great place to learn self defense! Small locker room. My recommendation is to not let dogs in the gym without a leash. I love animals but things can happen. I see dog bites all the time at work.

Great atmosphere! No judgement zone. Most definitely will be returning. Felt great to box and enjoy kickboxing along side my daughter. Worth the experience!!

Prior to purchasing and attending this class, I had never tried kickboxing, but always wanted to. I thoroughly enjoyed the class, and cannot wait for the next. Carlos was so helpful in getting me started, and Mike was an amazing instructor.
