Terrible experience. The person at the front desk is rude. The glasses are OLD. No brand and extremely over priced. I would not mind paying a extra 100$ for a pair of good glasses (with the 200$ credit). They have old glasses frames priced at 295$ when they should be like 90$. Never again.

Its a scam. They pull you in with $35 coupon, saying it came with $200 credit. But then they charge $150 minimum for a frame that costs $10 on Amazon, $120 for glass. In the end you have to pay at least $80, more than similar offers from other chains . I will never go back.

Horrible service ! Optician/manager is not pleasant and helpful We are end up getting glasses we not really like Overprice big time! We will never ever come back to this place !!!

Overpriced merchandise of poor quality. Customer service was mediocre (a lot of attitude from optician). Optometrist was nice.

Very rude with deceiving pricing. I cancelled order and got 2 pairs for the price of one pair they were trying to force me to buy. Trust me on this, you really will regret conj g here.
